Midmark 75E Repairs

I am looking at purchasing a 75E Procedures Chair, but I am told the item does not have any Tilt function. I am assuming this means up or down. So, I am hoping to get an idea of what it might cost to replace parts that might fix this issue: e.g. Tilt Actuator, Tilt Position Sensor, Main PC Board, etc. If the problem is in the PC Board, but the Board only needs to be calibrated, how easy is this procedure?
