hi i have bought agfa 30 x recently,when i first opened the computer it asked username and password, i contacted the seller from ebay , he gave me rad as user name rad as password it did not work, i have emailed him severe time with no positive answer, one of my software friend cracked the username and password, computer can open now but nx station showing error mess 310 , please help me , thank you,

As long asyou don't crack the crservice user you are fine. You need to reconfigure user permisssions on the nx configuration manager.
Do you dare to do it one mistake and you will need to do a whole system reinstall including os)

Hi! I have the error ref.MESS 310, I can enter with the user: rad and pw: rad, although I can use the program but it is annoying every time I want to add a new patient I get the error 310 and I have to close more than once the message to create a patient.
Is there any solution ?
I also want to configure a new pacs, Is there any full user to configure NX ??

MESS310 usually appears when there are open sessions that have not been closed and may have corrupted data. Close all open sessions and run a chkdsk on the hard drive.

Hola Agustin como estas? he ejecutado un "chkdsk" con el usuario: crservice, ya que en el usuario:rad no me habilitaba ejecutar comandos en el cmd, no he tenido resultados por el momento, sugieres alguna otra solucion? me gustaria ponerme en contacto contigo si es posible. Muchas gracias

Hola Pablo.
Lo que es posible es que la base de datos esté fallando, implicaría hacerle una re-inicialización, es decir, el software elimina la data vieja y crea una base nueva, eso también ayuda, pero pierdes todas las imágenes que estén guardadas.
