bad connection, if the port on the front gets oxidized, your foot control won't work, if there is a short or stuck button on either control, both will be inoperable

I actually bought new components for the hand control - new cord, new PC board, and new membrane. Still, chair is not working - no movement.

It has no foot control, only hand control. It's 411-014 JY1000 230 VAC with programming
