Mortara ECGH MODEL ELI 350 WIRELESS ISSUES

Has anyone had issues with the ECG machine having intermittent drops or not connecting to the wireless network

This could be a couple issues. It is best to contact Mortara Instrument and they can check the software version on the wireless card to see if there is a newer module. They can also help troubleshoot with you. The ELI350 tends to hold on to the access point until it cannot hear it. When at the edge of receiving range the ability to transmit is reduced. A suggestion is to close the lid when moving to a different location or press the power button to put it in standby. It takes about 9 seconds to come out of standby and will look for the closest AP at that time. email for technical support at Mortara is mor_Tech.Support@welchallyn.com

What we have found out is that the cart sends out a disconnect request and our current AP's do not recognize the code, we are working with our vendor to have our AP's accept the code
