Error code

Does it ever reach temp? If not it could be a defective TH2 or TH3 thermistor, also possible heater issue.

Thank you very much! I have a parts unit available if it does not reach temp and I need TH2, TH3, or whatever. Any process that you would recommend I start so I can pin point the main issue?

Does it heat at all? Does the temperature of the fluid in the retort (as measured by accurate thermometer or digital probe) agree with the displayed temperature?

Check retort heaters, front heater may be open, replace the open heater.
