Hello,

Our support staff is currently working on the brivo amx285. It's battery mainboard has a problem sending energy to the batteries. Another presented issue, is that the CPU "mainboard" is also presenting problems concerning into delivering enery. My support staff told me that as a prove, it doesn't display anything onthe screen when it's turned on. Finally, the engineer told me that he needs the service manual.
