Hello, RepairMED has let me know their technican thinks: "It may be loose contacts on the RF board or the footswitch board is defective". It would be a good idea to check that or get in contact with them for more information.

I worked for valleylab for many years. I assume you get an activation tone and you can see the bipolar light on the front panel illuminate. If so, 9/10 times you have open clips between the PSRF board and front panel assembly. If you have good contacts and you get continuity between PSRF and front bezel contacts, check cut and blend is fully functional from either mono 1 or mono 2. If cut has a problem, move towards the K2 cut mode relay, if cut is good, you know the problem is front end between K2 and front bezel(front contacts where you connect an accessory).
