This is from Aplio MX/XG service notes. not sure if it will help will Aplio 300. "Something like CPU cannot recognize the hardware. Could be many reasons. RC, BE, RM, HDD, BP (pin bend), Missing UsDriver Device, Mis-contact of CPU ASSY causing missing PCI bus connection and resulting missing US Drivers. And very rare case, resolve US_IMG 33 error by Recreate Database. We recommend that you should check Imaging Crash log first when you have any US IMG error."

On a A-series, that error is most often caused by a bad CPU (ATX-Unit) or a bad Data HDD. Check the cables to the HDD and CPU, and check to see if the HDD is spinning.

The ATX-Unit part number depends on the Version of software and the video card installed. AUE has parts for the Aplio 300 in stock in both our US and UK offices.
