Error 52

I have a Caleo incubator with error 52. Caleo turn on fine at first time and begin to heat but after something like 30 min fail and show Error 52 (communication error between WT2 Controller and WT2 sensor). I have exchanged both WT2 with another functional machine and problem persist. I have replaced LAN cable to connect WT2 sensor with WT2 actuator and error persist. Any suggestion?

Hi Hugo.


Have you already solve the 52 error? I'm having the same trouble. We cleaned up the water heater and then when we placed all the parts. It doesn't turn on after the cleaning, only shows the legend "Device error, error 52", and in the voltaje diagnosis everything is failling.

I think you can try performing a factory reset on the WT2 Controller and sensor. This can sometimes resolve persistent communication errors.

Error 52 is a comm error to the sensor pba.

In the service menu (Alarm silence + menu for 4 seconds or so from any operting mode, even an alarm condition) look to diagnosis & check the system voltages etc..

Check the LAN cable is not damaged or pulled into a tight radius as this can damage the connectors.

Ensure no skin temperature sensors are fitted as they can cause other issues if they are damaged or go over temperature

Sensor pba connection to the internal LAN cable. Not aware of any factory reset available for the sensor pba.
