Recently I changed my (FCR Prima T2) with FCR Prima T-Plus. when reading the cassette, I get:

1- error code "781" while erasing the exposure.

2- Also, on the console advance application, I get the message "Image erasure lamp luminance deteriorated"

3- When I shut down the system using the application button, I get the error code 907 which means, maintenance data couldn't be saved.

is it a software-related issue or hardware issue?
