This is explanation from Cr Service Client
Cannot execute command 'Enable/AntennaOn' on the TagReader. Possible reasons are:
- The cable between the IP Handling Board and the Chip Reader is broken.
- The Chip Reader might be defective.
- The IP Handling Board might be defective.
