Hi Bilal,
Those results are sybols for the following: E = Earth Open, R = Mains Reversed, SR = Source Reversed. You can download the manual at rigelmedical.com / downloads / manuals. I hope this helps.

I have manual and read it thrice to know the meaning of these signs but it is not mentioned there. Can you please help me more, like how to know the SFC values in normal and reversed mains.

The Rigel Medical model 277 Plus is no longer sold in the United States, and it was being phased out in the US market when I started selling Rigel about 5 years ago. So I apologize for not knowing all the specifics of this 277 model. However, it is similar to the new 288+ that also has auto, semi-auto, and manual testing modes. Basically, the selection of normal or reverse polarity operation and SFC (single fault conditions of neutral and open earth circuits) is done automatically during an automatic or semi-automatic test. The operator can also select any of these specific circuit conditions using the Manual test mode. You can also contact Rigel Medical in the UK at sales@rigelmedical.com with your legacy product questions. The Rigel Medical website also has an excellent download guide (use filter on download page to select "guides") on electrical safety that also explains in detail the various electrical safety standards and circuit measurement with detail and diagrams.
