4C- RS Probe and L6-12-RS Probe problem

About the 4C-RS, the scan area has interference like lots of lines even without/with compound and bad image when scanning. About the L6-12-RS, there is a vertical line in the middle of the scan area, the other probe 3SC-RS has no problem after all. What should i do to eliminate the interference generated in the probe?

The L6-12-RS sounds like it has some performance issues, such as array damage. Noise issues can be some of the most challenging problems to solve and it sounds as if the 4C-RS is picking up some environmental noise.  When the noise is visible, i'd recommend the following.

1.  Unplug the scanner and re-examine the image. The power supply could be the source.

2.  Take the scanner to another room and re-examine the image.  Something in the immediate vicinity could be inducing the noise

3.  Take the scanner to a different area of the facility altogether. Something in the local vicinity could be inducing the noise.

4.  Test the 4C-RS on another scanner. It could be the system itself.

5.  Test another 4C-RS on the same scanner.  If you do not have another 4C-RS, you may want to source a loaner.  We, at Innovatus Imaging, can assist. 844-687-5100
