THE BED IS BURNING THE 0.5 Amp fuse when plug in.

When I plug in the bed its burning the 0.5 Amp fuse straight forward. I checked all the connections and the motors, all of them are ok, but still the same issue. when I put high rated fuses then its damaging the R1 resistor in the control board. Can anyone give me the solution.

Hello Ali,

You must check correct the resistance of coils of the motor, transformer primar and secondary coils of the electronic board, also the few diodes rectifiers to see wich of them are defect or regulator tension like 5 volts, 12 volts etc. Never change the rate of fuse. The fuses are like perfect measurement of Multimeters, they show us when burning, out rate of limits change of normal characteristics of all active and passive electric and electronic components.  when something happened,

Please, tell us when You find the problem.

You have a short somewhere. Now the question is where. Disconnect everything from the pcb, replace the fuse and troubleshoot
