Am trying to see your problem and i think the syngo software was corrupted with the sudden power fult and i think you can fix it with restoring the software. From the image disck, so may be you can find disks says cobra cd 1/2 and 2/2 but you need service license for this action so may be contact reginal siemens help center

yes you are right, I was surprised myself to know that system has no UPS backup for CPU. This is recent replacement machine I bought from market.  I wonder if you can comment on error “ resource conflict - PCI in slot 01 Bus:07, Device :05, Function:00” what’s it about. Is this a reason for windows to halt? Is there a solution for that. 

Unfortunately I can’t find Discs in trolley I shall appreciate specs for ups I can find in market for cpu backup. Is it online or off line ups

Hi

Your Bios battery has failed.

You must first replace the bios battery then restore the bios setting in the correct way, follow the bios load instructions exactly using the correct Bios disk.

It depends upon your PC model as too how to restore correctly otherwise Syngo will not start correctly because most likely your only have 1 or disks showing in explorer, this is why you need to restore correctly.

Whether GEN1 or GEN2 makes all the difference.

The PCI conflect issue:

Reseat all the PCI cards inside PC, also check the RAM.

Worse case you may have to replace PC.

I can see all 3 disks in explorer. I’ll reseat all the pci card and see if it works
