Screen problem

Hello, Hope you are doing well I am in need of knowing and correcting the fault in accuvix v 10 ultraound that it's screen is not showing anything when you switch the machine on but you can notice some kind of light inside of it but no any intial screen that can be seen only blank screen,what is the problem concerning to that? And what is the solution of that problem

Open monitor and check capacitors on the small board with the two small trasnsformers on it. I had same problem and it was one of the capacitors on that board. Wasn't bulged or didn't look bad, but when tested capacitance, showed bad. Also would look for any other bulged caps on the other boards and reseat and check connectors.
