The password needed to make user configuration changes is TSB5101&. AUE has advanced service training for the Aplio A500/A400/A300 systems. These are complicated to work on and some training is strongly advised.

Hi, Toshiba is a little bit d/t than other ultrasound out there and three or more password depend on your software version below version 5 software for Apilio 300 and 500  password will be TSB5101&.

Hi Jack Don't know if you managed to solve your problem but other than the password TSB5101& you also have to enter the new license string for 2018. The license string is: 1YXWW-Y8OL9-EULIQ-VVVJJ-T1WWW You just need to enter this string once and the all the other times you want to go to service you enter TSB5101& This license string is good till Dec. 31, 2018 and it also works on Aplio 400 & 500 I hope this helps you.

I get my password with the help of Firefox support number that provides me a more helpful guideline for this, hope this also helps you in the same manner cool to help you for that critical situation.

Hello, I know if this will work with version 6 but you can always try it.

The password is TSB5101& and the license string for 2020 is: 1GFEE-6YX6B-7LVS0-555TS-MFQQ0

You just need to enter this string once and all the other times you want to go to service you enter TSB5101& This license string is good till Dec. 31, 2020 and it also works on Aplio 300, 400 & 500 I hope this helps you.

Hello, I know it works for units with version 3 to 5, maybe version 6 has a different license string. Sorry I can't help you more for the time being, but I will try to find out with some of my other collegues if they know about version 6.
