Hello, I have an IntelliVue MP70 with an integrated 2-Module addition, but no matter what module I try plugging in, it gives me the same unrecognized error. I have tried using an M1006B, M1116B, M1020A, M1029A, and an M1002B. If you need any additional information I will gladly answer. Thanks.

I'll bet it has to do with the software version/revision. I've ran into that in days gone by. I'd call Phillips tech support and verify.

that can be caused by the software revision for the monitor and the module not being compatable with each other.

Is there any good fix for this? How can I tell which modules will be compatible or is there a way to make them compatible?
