While we were in surgery today, we tried starting up the ellman and got an error 11 fault. I couldn't find any information in the online manual and we have reached out to the REP. Any advice?

Error code 11 is: Foot or Fingerswitch pressed during power up protection failed.
I would try a new footswitch if one is available.
