Hi, I have a very big problem with an Alcon Accurus 800 CS. The cassete's chamber fills very quickly and then, the systems stops irrigating and appears the "Draining cassette" message on the screen. I need a service manual or if you know what to do in this cases.

Filling up fast is one problem. What handpiece are you using? THe flow is not restricted so the small chamber will fill quickly.
Stopping to drain is what it is supposed to do.
Does it drain in about 10 sec or less? IF yes, then it is working.
Why is it filling so fast is the BIG question.
