hi everybody, It is showing only a blue line moving in the monitor,

please help me to solve the problem.

Check the motherboard connect to the external Monitor.
1 Maybe you need to change the date
2 Maybe you need to change the battery
3.Maybe you need to Restore Windows XP operating system
