RE: Hematology Analyzer Report Post
Hi, how are you? I'm dr Manuel. Your machine is most likely to turn it on 1000 times and the same appears 1000 times. hahaha. If so, you must give it a good maintenance because at some point it has clotted or impregnated blood. you must wash the glass where the needle enters. You must disassemble the needle and its locator, insufflate inside it several times and let it rest in 70% alcohol for 20 minutes.

Hello,
Please follow the steps below. It will guide you and give you an understanding of the machine for future references.
The count time for the RBC is about 12.5 seconds. Watch the volumetric tube during a count and make sure that there is flow a smooth flow between the two sensors. (top to bottom). You will get an RBC CLOG or RBC BUBBLE error if the timing is too late or too early by about 4 seconds.
Go to SERVICE>STATUS and check the aperture voltage. If it is in the range of 14Volts and above, then the aperture is clogged and you will need to clean it or flush it. Do some zapping and flushing, You will need to perform a PROBE CLEANSING AND E-Z CLEANSING as well. At an advanced level, you may need to remove the bath and really wash the RUBY (where the aperture is).
So basically, you need to perform maintenance. But you need to know where or what part needs to be cleaned for a quick recovery form downtime.
Hope this helps.
