Reaction disk Temperature error.

My bs200 shows reaction disk temperature is 44c .but i measure it was about 32c. And software starting time also it show 44c. But room temperature about 32c. Whats problem.? When i remove the reaction disk cover and top heater and cuvets hanging disk temperature down as 37c. Pls help me to solve this.

First, your disk temp will always be higher than your room temp. Would be quite hard to work with a room temp of 44 degrees lol. And dont remove the disk cover, of course it will make temp to drop cause room temp is always lower. Third, what are you doing touching that equipment? Its meant for professional use.
