Front Charge Button
RE: Defibrillator Report Post
From my experience, there is no option to disable the charge option on the E Series. There are, however 2 versions of the paramedic unit.
1. Version 1 is a Semi-Automatic switchable to Manual. Easily indentifiable by the On/Off/Pacer knob. Unit turns on in Semi-Auto where the charge button is disabled and only the "Analyse" button works and is switchable to manual. Unit performs like version 2 once in manual.
2. Version 2 is a Manual with "advisory". Unit turns on only in manual with the option to press analyse at any time and shock at any energy level. Analyse can be repeatedly pressed during session and any energy output can be selected. Unit is recommended for ONLY paramedic use. Easily indentifiable by the Off/Monitor/Defibrillator/Pacer knob.
