This is for the pump I have been using for parts. I'm curious if an F_42 error would be easier to fix then the F_49 on the pump I am trying to fix.

Before you dig in too far. When you typed in the new time and date, did you hit Primary Start after each? We've had some clients that forget that step from time to time. Just a thought before you tear into your pump.

With error 42 I can't reset the time and date because it won't enter the reconfigure mode (stop+on/off+panel lock) and will not go into test mode 1 (clear tot vol+1+on/off)
