Thermo CryoStar NX70 cryostat, with adjustable height. Histotech was raising the height, without paying attention. It apparently raised to the maximum, and will not go back down again. Has anyone run into this? If so, did you have to replace the main pcb, or did you find some other cause/solution?
Note: the CryoStar NX70 and NX50 are not listed under "CryoStats," so I am asking in the general forum.
