The model is
Prosound Aloka SSD-3500 Ultrasound
Because of this we are not able to make measurement. The measurement Button does not respond when pressed. When the measurement button is pressed, nothing happpens. It is as if the button is inactive, but when the panel check is done, the green and orange LEDS lights up Please help ASAP, it is urgent
