Hi,Our machine starting in exposure for fluro image problem.That NO IMAGE AND KV TRACK INTO 120,its their problem coming black screen are there and auto set value for 120kv.Sometimes low value techniques are given to exposure get someoutput.How to clear this problem.

KV tracking to max is a loss of the camera signal to the video controller pcb. CHeck camera, video signal though HV cable and Interconnect cable. Check the entire image chain from the camera, VCB , System interface, Frame sync signal, GIB. If not in auto it should function, this is part of the ABS feedback.

Check The II power supply as well as previous suggestion made.
You could check the II power supply by voltages or remove camera & using a mirror slowly increase manula kV & see if an image appears, If yes you have an II power supply problem.
TV image failure could be linked to the main cable coming from Generator to TV camera/II etc. there are two BNC coax connctors you could chek these as well.
