During Diagnostics the acquisition board fails. We believe it to be a software issue to cause it to fail. has anyone heard anything like this? If so what steps can be taken to repair the board to get back to operating status?

This is a common failure and usually will require a replacement ACQ module. If you can gather the error logs ans send them to us, we can know for sure.

I know it is the ACQ board. I was looking for a repair to the issue on the board, so that i can repair it.

The best option would be to replace the module. As for components, do not see anything orderable in the manual.
