Be sure you are pressing REV ORIENT a second time after validating TABLE UP MAX. This writes all the new settings to the memory, otherwise nothing will stick. Return each section to level before moving to the next MAX articulation as you go through the proceedure. ie- Tilt left max-rev orient, tilt right max-rev orient, now tilt left back somewhere close to level before doing trend max.Don't use the 'level' button. Make sure the table height is high enough to accomodate max movements before starting proceedure.
Also, since you replaced the main board, verify all the sensors are correctly plugged in the proper jacks, they are very easy to mix up or get in the wrong location. OHM out the slide sensor wire to verify it has no breaks, then OHM the sensor signal wires on the sensor as you pull the cable to verify its producing stable resistence curve.
