How to plug the third probe?

I've bought a second hand sonoace x6. The third slot for an additional probe is empty but without the socket inside to plug a probe apparently. How can I plug a third probe see the other slots: and the third additional slot: Thanks a lot in advance!

Howdy,

The  3rd connector port is a place to park a probe connector, in case you have one more probe than you can connect at the same time.  Some SA X6 systems only have 2 active probe ports, and you apparently have one of those. You might be able to add a third active port by removing the transducer connector board and installing the board that has 3 connectors, part number BD-349C-PSA. I am not sure it will be worth the cost. The connectors on that board are very expensive, just by themselves.

Regards,
