Hot solenoid is not being powered, cold solenoid and compressor still remain connected yet when temperature set point is setted 42 degree.

Have you followed the troubleshooting flow chart on page 52 of the service manual? The solenoids SV1 and SV2 are identical, so you could swap them to see if that is the problem.
