Error 404, Corrupt or Missing File

I have several Alcon Infiniti and most of them show a 404 error. Is there a software I must re-install or any file that might have been erased? Or is there any other procedure to be performed so the phaco machines work again? I'll deeply apprecciate your help.

Whether it is in computers, computer jargon, or internet, any time you see a 404 error. It is a standard error meaning "File(s) cannot be found." It does not necessarily mean that the files have been deleted, removed, or corrupt. It just means the path of the boot file, startup files, or the way to the files have been interrupted.

Sometimes, if you are well knowledge in computers or coding you can patch this by copying and renaming back up files in place of the corrupted files. Another way is to reinstall the hard disk drive (HDD). In my opinion these two are a band aid to real problem/issue. One must ask if the path got interrupted, one has to ask HOW? WHY? If the HDD is on its way out or starting to fail repairing or reimaging a hard drive is not going to fix the problem(s). If the HDD is going bad what caused the hard drive to go bad? In my experiences. When the HDD is going bad the Host Module within the Infiniti the capacitors are budging and/or leaking, and other bigger issues. It is true that hard drives fail, and nothing else maybe wrong.

Without knowing what caused the HDD to get your errors, without doing further investigations I do not recommend just replacing files or reimaging the operating system (OS) or the Infiniti software. In my opinion or recommendations is to replace the host module. If you want to contact us we could do exchange, or depending your location come to you and repair your system.

I do hope this answers your question(s), if you have any more please do not hesitate to ask.
