Error code
RE: Mobile C-Arm Report Post
Error 5012 is: The maximum kV values were exceeded.
Could be X-Ray tube (filament)
Could be X-Ray tube (arcing)
Could be cables to X-Ray tube
Could be D2 PCB failed
Measure kV + & kV -, should be symetrical
Does the error appear at high, low kV's?
Select: kV stop & drive kV to minimum, are you able to radiate without error? If no error appears at fixed low kV, slowly increase kV to see at what point it fails, if it fails around 50 to 60kV it could be one leg of the feedback transformer (in X-Ray tube/Sirephos failed).
You could also monitor the kV+ & kV- test points during tests.

Thanks for answer me.
I already did that Tests, but, if fails in 60kv , and showed up the 4028 error, do you know if these errors are conected?
And you can show me in which Part of the Equipment the transformer is?
Do you have Any way yo contact you?

Error 4028 is comming from the Memoskop (image system) as a result of error 5012
All the transformers are inside the Sirephos (X-Ray tube monoblock).
At this stage it could be D2 PCB, Cables or X-Ray tube. Do you have another tube to try/test? You can place a loan X-Ray tube next to existing tube and transfer power cable/connector.
My experience is X-Ray tube, but check before replacing such an expensive part.
What is your email?

Error F5012 Gen. kV max exceeded
Possible trouble: The maximum KV values were exceeded.
Possible help: KV actual value acquisition defective (board D1).
Possibly board D2 defective.
Oscilloscope + KV and - KV. Values must be symmetrical.
(Measuring divider: 10 KV corresponds to 1 V).
With asymmetric KV values check actual value cables, possibly Sirephos defective.

Error 4001 is console communication error.
FEPROM checksum. Wrong data from console to Host.
Could be a console failure, the suggestion is try downloading console software & see what happens.
Do a backup first.
