Yes, the service manual for the CR3 and CR4 software is available when you take our PM or PM Plus course!. Contact us if you have any questions.
Last that I checked, Alcon will not sell you the service manual if you do not own the system. Be sure to make getting a service manual part of the purchase order. and refuse to pay for the system if it is not supplied. I have accounts that requested the manual and the system was shipped by Alcon and the manual was missing. They charge between #250 to $500 for the manual. They may not even supply it after the new Novartis management for the Service Department has taken over.
