When i start unit, i release key and unit will not stay on. Changed the main contactors but still will not stay on. Has anybody seen this fault?

We have one work order that matches your problem for the same laser and it turned out to be a bad foot pedal.

I had that same problem about 4 years ago- it was a broken wire in footswitch connector
