Hi, does anyone know anything about this error code? I searched about this error and changed the keyboard cable that was faulty, but the error still appearing intermittently. I would appreciate any help

Howdy,

A 045 indicates a hardware failure in the scan convertor (back end), according to Philips. We have seen that error caused by the DSC board in the back end, but we have also seen it fixed by replacing the FEC and the power supplies. If possible, check the error logs to see if there is an indication of the specific part that is failing. If you know how to work on the front end (acquisition subsystem) without damaging parts, you can remove the power to the front end by disconnecting the cables at the Acquisition Front Plane to see if that changes the symptom.
