Uat19w monitor replaced with 20w monitor
RE: Ultrasound Systems Report Post
Howdy,
The monitor must be compatible with the hardware and software for your system, and be a Philips monitor in order to work properly. I do not know what a 20w or Uat19w monitor is. Hardware versions A and B have a 17" monitor, and hardware versions C and above for the iU22 have a 20" monitor. Philips shipped many different part numbers for monitors over the life of the system. If the monitor you installed is supported, then system software needs to be reloaded using the latest Drivers disk. The monitor should have a Philips part number starting with 453561*****. If you tell me that part number and the Service Hardware version shown on the rear door label, I can tell you which software and drivers need to be installed.

I think you are talking about the 19" LCD, 453561358324, as your original monitor and you replaced it with a 20" monitor, like the 453561294051. If so, the problem is drivers. Philips only loads the necessary drivers during the software load. You can usually fix this by reloading software if you know how to do it. Otherwise, when you have the 19" LCD replace like for like.
