What version Polymobil? Plus, 2, 3 etc!
The 80A fuse is in the kV inverter, look around for another fuse from DC supply like 20A/40A depending upon model.
What voltage do you measure on 80A fuse during exposure? Should be around 450V DC
E13 is no kV.

Did you checked igbt modules. What number of skm400 or 300. And tested with oscilloscope
