error 061

Hi,

I believe M061 is when you have a mismatched C with the stand. Do you have more than one system? Could you have the wrong monitor cart?

there is no service manual and there in not a second unit to do fast testings.

The cable was checked but it is ok.

Sounds like the viewstation and the c-arm serial number do not match anymore. If you dont have another unit which was switched out by mistake it probally lost the information.  You will need  someone with philips BV scope login information to sync them back up.

You need to access BV Scope with IST level 2 to RECONNECT the DFI & Stand units.
