mechanical ventilation

There are two devices dräger evita 2 dura. One is not working, the second is working. On one, the flow sensor is not calibrated, writes: calibration filed - measurement inop. On another device, this flow sensor is calibrated OK. Something with the device. Help advice.

There might be a problem with the flow sensor. It has to be replaced.

A few things to try. Swap flow sensors, if problem follows, then it's the flow sensor. If failure remains, swap exhalation valve. Flow calibration happens during inspiration. If the exhalation valve is leaking during inspiration, you can get this error. Lastly would be pneumatic controller PCB
