Compatibility

Hi Tom, if you go to USOC Medical website ( usocmedical.com) and click on patient monitoring then Philips modules, you will see the Philips modules with different options. Click on the option you have and there you would see tab for compatibility

If I’m reading the chart correctly, with my software version any MMS hardware version will do, as long as it has software version C or higher?

And just to make sure, the IntelliVue MP30 hardware version doesn’t matter in regard to the MMS compatibility?

Hi Tom, 

Yes if your MMS M3001A has a software C it should be Compatabile with Your MP30 Monitor that has software F.

When you have Intellivue MP series not all of them are compatabile with MMS. If you have MMS with Software G it should be compatabile with all Philips MP Series Monitors up to software K.X

Regarding the hardware on the MP Series Monitors, is used to define the speed of the microprocess on the main board so you will know if you can upgrade the software on your monitors. I think there is 2 different hardware on the MP30 units and these are based on the serial unit of the Mon.

Just one more question about the M3001a modules;
I've noticed that some M3001a units have a blueish bezel part in stead of white.
I presume these are "newer" units in terms of serial numbers.

Does anyone know when this was introduced? In other words, is it possible to know which hardware version a MMS module has because of this blue bezel line?

Does anyone have a more up to date SW compatibility matrix chart, at least through SW versions M?  I have search all my Philips documentation and online yet failed to find anything.
