Hi everyone. What does it mean message "Small focus defect" and how it can be solved

In my experience, there is a 90% chance the small focus in the x-ray tube is open. This means the x-ray tube needs to be replaced. Less likely causes would be a bad cathode high voltage cable or a faulty small focus circuit.

Typically open filament that would require a new tube but should be verified with troubleshooting other possible causes - D470 board that can be verified by swapping out with one of the others. HT cable or HT tank but most likely the tube is defective
