Hello, I have a cart that will not print a Pediatric 12 lead. It will not print after the EKG is performed, or from the File Manager. There is no response/message at all when the Print button is pressed. It will print ADULT EKG's with no issues. Any suggestions?

Hello Chris S,
I might suggest looking at your unit's pediatric ECG reports found in the system setup / ECG... It may be as simple as changing the reports from 0 to 1+. Use your MAC 5500/HD operators manual for reference. If you do not have one, try this link to locate and download it. https://customer-doc.cloud.gehealthcare.com/#/cdp/dashboard
