We have just replace the temperature probe in a Haier Upright ULT freezer. It has only cooled to -16C.
The "locked" light is illuminated. We are unable to UNLOCK by pressing the "up or "down" key and then adjusting to "06"(the password) and then pressing the "set" key for 3 sec.

Wondering if anyone has any good recommendations? We're not looking to blow our budget on some overpriced lab-specific freezer but it needs to be reliable, stable(temp) https://mobdro.bio/, upright(not a chest), and relatively small (not a full-size). Any suggestions? I've heard of people just using consumer grade (sears or whatever) freezers without any problems?
