problem with hd3_exp_v2

hi dear i have a problem with Philips HD3 _exp_v2 , i have a problem with software " Hard Disk Broken " . i did change a hard disk with new one and installing version 2.0 of software to device , when software installed successfully and booting system on , the system hanging on in loading Screen ( philips logo shown and loading bar coming to middle of bar and so hanging on ) look like freezing. what can i do? please
