Problem restoring user settings

Lifepak 20 didn't restoring user settings once the coin battery replaced,and comes up with red service light and error logs 4008, 5011, 5014 all the times. Does any one have this problem before?

This device will need re-dux kit up-grade. The kit comes with new system board, printer, and power supply.

I've seen the coin cell installed incorrectly and the positive contacts were on the negative side causing this issue.

Also wanted to add that the error codes will always appear after replacing the coin cell. 

you have to clear the codes, clear the memory and power on your unit twice typically before the service light goes away. 

seems as if you've done this as you mentioned all the time.
