I think you have mixed up two system names.
There is a Ploymobil which is a old mobil radiographic system. Then there is a Siremobil Compact which is C-Arm Fluoro & radiographic mobil system.
Error 4021 & 4024 are related to a Siremobil Compact. These error are related to th image/cmera parts.
To help more we would need to know the exact model & serial number range, for example: s/n 110** or 30*** or 32***
The memoskop type would help also, is it a Memoskop C, C-Sub, CX200 512matric or CX200 1K matrix...
