Won't go into Standby mode.

I have a 505 unit that only has 1.6 hours on it. When plugged in, the blower immediately starts and I am unable to get it to go into standby mode. In other words, the blower will never shut off. Any ideas?

Are one of the buttons possibly stuck down?

Are you able to change temp set points?

Hi Chris S-

None of the buttons are stuck. . . I can hear a relay click when I depress the stby / on button but the fan / blower is on regardless. I can change the temp set points no problem. . . and the heats does come on. . . . Only problem is the blower is on if it is plugged in with no way to turn it off.

Any ideas?
