I replaced plastic hook/clip[, machine is up and running but when try to print report its saying out of paper but we just loaded full try of papers.. any idea what i can do next

The service manual describes how to calibrate the printer queue sensor. Please email mor_tech.support@hillrom.com for the manual. If after a queue sensor adjustment you are still getting out of paper the most likely problem is a bad queue sensor. We do not have any parts for the writer assembly left. There are others on this post that may be able to help you.
